Responsible gaming

Betting should stay entertainment you control — never an income plan or a way out of a financial problem.

Set the limit before you start, not during

Decide how much money and how much time you are willing to spend before opening anything, then hold to it. A decision made while you have nothing riding on it is far more accurate than one made mid-session. Use only money left over once necessary costs are covered.

Signs worth stopping for

There are only a handful of common warning signs, and they generally show up well before the problem is large: playing to win back what was lost, raising stakes to get back to even faster, routinely spending longer than intended, hiding the activity from people close to you, and staking borrowed money or money already committed elsewhere.

If any of those apply, stop and reassess the following day. Pausing costs nothing, because there is no moment that guarantees a result in the first place.

Tools that help

The brand platform generally provides tools for setting deposit limits, play limits, or suspending an account yourself. Set them while you are still in control rather than at the point you feel you are losing it — a limit set under pressure tends to be cancelled again immediately.

Beyond that, set a timer on your phone, and do not store payment details on the device. Adding a small amount of friction creates the pause in which a decision gets reconsidered.

When to ask for help

If play starts affecting work, study, relationships or your financial position, talk to someone you trust first, and consider speaking to a mental health professional. In Thailand, initial advice is available from the Department of Mental Health helpline on 1323.

Who should not use these services

Anyone under 18 should not use them under any circumstances. Anyone who has suspended their own account for reasons of control should not look for a way back in before the period they set has run out.
